Muscle Rack Silver Vein 24"x48"x72" 5 Shelf Steel Shelving

I live in a apartment and needed some storage shelfs for all my stuff. This was a pretty good deal! Very easy to set up. I am not good at setting up anything and this was EASY! Very durable. My pots and pans are heavy and it holds them up. I have snacks for my kids on the top shelf! I added cases of pop 10 of them and it still was holding it up! So definitely durable!

I just put this bad boy together so fast and easy with a rubber mallet. The thing I love is you can space out the shelves to your own needs. I basically filled it as i built it so that I knew where the next shelf needed to be. I have 2 very close together to hold big flat items (I have cake boxes on these) and then big items on the other ones. Also, I start the bottom shelf up high so that I can slide things underneath.

We leverage these for our work and have over 30 of them. Very great bang for buck. Quick to assemble and very strong. Highly recommend

I love a good shelf! And these were easy to put together (have a rubber mallet handy) by myself (5'4” woman). I did have 2 boards that got damaged during shipping, so the package didn't arrive pristine. I was able to pound the edges flat-ish to make it work. Given how fricking heavy each box was, I would've had to pay UPS to coke back %26 retrieve. Nobody got time for that!

The only issue I had was the boxes being open and re taped by FedEx, you can tell the pcs fell out of the box the parts were dirty and scratched up. We did assemble the racks and all the pcs were there. Very sturdy racks and easy to assembly. I just order another for my garage.

The shelves themselves are great. The problem is that it's impossible to get a box that doesn't have broken or missing parts. We ordered 6 and every. single. one. had something either missing or broken. Half of the boxes are delivered with the metal poles hanging out and the box falling apart. One box we got even had “damaged” written on it in 5 different places, which of course had missing pieces but was still delivered to us. Walmart will send you replacement boxes, but they expect you to return the original back to the store, which is a joke considering the box is huge and they literally come falling apart. I'm not sure who packages and ships these, but they clearly don't care at all about the product or the customer. Definitely won't be buying this product again, it's not worth the hassle.

The shelf unit is advertised as having an 800 lbs capacity per shelf. I can't lift anything close to 800lbs, yet the heaviest of the black boxes that I had, I did manage to lift onto the bottom shelf, and the other shelves with lighter boxes. made the unit collapse on top of me and crushed an empty cat bed. (See photos) The unit is made out of cheap, very thin metal. Walmart won't accept a return as i assembleed the unit after the return period. They suggested that I open up a dispute with my credit card to get my money back; they won't challenge the dispute. I took Walmart's advice and opened up a dispute, and guess what, they challenged it, and lied that they had no record of me asking to return it.

Cheap metal and partial board. Warped metal led to this collapse which blows my mind as the rack had far below any weight limit. This only stored some light boxes and action figures. Very frustrated with the lack of quality on-top of what could have been a major safety concern.

The box (on both openings) were completely open. Boards were a 3rd out of the box. Once confirmed items were in box, none of the Couplers were present. I purchased another but smaller and ALL parts available and easily to assemble. I have attempted to return this item twice with no success. SUPERVISOR: please assist in having this item picked up. I have retaped box as securely as possible, however you will see pictures below of how item was left at my door step.

Really sad because I was a returning customer, I've bought plenty of these from this company and have not had this experience but I haven't purchased in a while and I'm not sure if the quality has gone down, or if this is a Walmart issue. All items arrived damaged within the box. Boxes arrived damaged with one box being open and parts were missing from the box. Really unfortunate because the damage of the parts on the shelves will not allow for the shelves to be used. Shelves are really heavy and sturdy but they look as though they were damaged before they were even delivered. Hoping I'll be able to return them. Items were missing from the boxes as well. Not sure if this is a Walmart problem or a sellers problem.
