I lost one of connectors in a move and didn't think I'd be able to get a replacement. It's perfect that Walmart carried the item.

They worked just fine on the (smallish) Hypertough shelves I bought in-store at Walmart. I connected two set of shelves. I have them in a closet with lightweight things on the upper shelves, otherwise I would anchor the shelves to a wall for stability. Pay attention to the diameter of your poles. These 3/4" connectors are for the smaller-diameter poles... I think 1" are more common.

Somewhat expensive, but truly worth it! I've been able to add so much usable space by adding height and additional shelves to my storage racks! I've bought this item multiple times, and will continue to buy it as I increase my storage needs. Arrived quickly and worked exactly as described

Have used this type of shelves for years. First time I have had a issue. Missing 1 connector. Also can not figure out what the black cap things are for.

These should have been in the store next to the product not an online addiction. Instructions were a bit confusing when connecting two sets of shelves.

Quality: One end of one of the connectors would not screw into the pole. I had to carefully file it to finally get it to screw in. Assembly: See quality comment. Value for money: the cost of these 4 connectors was almost 1/3 of the cost of a complete set of shelves. Suggestion: The shelves could be sold with a couple of extra connectors - if you wanted to join two sets of shelves, you would have the 4 connectors needed without having to order them. This could be a great marketing point.

First it took extra long for it to arrive and then when it did, it was the wrong size I needed so I returned it and now I'm waiting extra long for the right size.

These should be included with the storage rack that they are for, especially since neither the racks nor the connectors are available in stores. It takes 2 weeks to get these. It's just wrong to make customers discover that they have to wait to assemble their racks because the needed parts are not included,

The temperature varies a degree off of what is set. Worked fine for a month besides the temperature variance and then started to struggle. Started turning on and off constantly unable to hold temperature. Which is ridiculous because it's the same as my room temperature is set at 70. Have now caught it dropping the temperature to 67-68 which is frustrating. Would return but obviously I already threw away the box. Huge waste of money.

I ordered a pack if these to put two shelve units together. They arrived late. I understand that things happen. The biggest heartache for me is they are to big to screw into the poles. Totally disappointed.
