I am usually not one to write a review but felt compelled to write one based on this product and my experience with customer service. First, the chairs are amazing! They are exactly what is pictured. I couldn't be happier with their size and the quality. I can say that the assembly was pretty self explanatory but can be a little challenging with one person. I opted to use a rubber mallet to get the brackets to fit more securely. Overall took me maybe 15-20 minutes to put each chair together. Second, is the customer service. All I can say is amazing. As I mentioned, I ordered two chairs. Both came before the estimated delivery date. However they came two different days. It's been my experience that when I order two or more of something it is delivered together but this was not the case. It wasn't clear to me as to why so I reached out to customer service regarding the delivery of the second chair. They had 48 hours to respond to my question, it only took 9. She also provided a reason for the delay as well as a second tracking number. After it was all said and done she reached out to me again confirming the delivery. Her attention to my concern went above and beyond. So in closing to this very long review I would highly recommend these chairs and company. I couldn't be happier.

I had to get help putting it together. It took more than one person to put it together. The chair is very pretty and looks great in my room.

This is a very comfortable guest chair that we use in our home office for visitors. The chair sits a little lower than what I expected it to, but that may just be my failure to pay attention to details in the sizing of it. Overall, based on the price, the purpose for its use the speed of shipping and the quality of the product I rate this and nine out of 10.

I ordered two chairs from here and when it came, the quality and materials were horrible. I tried returning it but they don't let me. This product is a scam! I'll never buy furniture from Syngar again! I'm so disappointed at Walmart for not helping me out with this! Worst experience ever, and bad quality!

I wish I could give zero stars. I understand these chairs did not cost very much, BUT, when I opened them up, they looked like kids chairs they were SO small. I do take responsibility for not looking at the actual height of the chairs. I was basically looked at the seat size, but these are just a joke in every way. They are made extremely cheap. No way do I recommend this product.

I am missing the neck cushion

I had to fix the hangers that hold the back rest on it would fall out when you leaned back on it and the chair is too low to the floor and the back is not tall enough, .

It is not what I expected. It is small, and although it was easy to put together the back leg has already wiggled loose and will not tighten up. The seat cushion is also very thin. I would not recommend this chair for anyone that needs a substantial piece of furniture.

These chairs are a joke. They are so small I thought they were for a child. I do not recommend this product.

The back would not stay on after assembly. We tried and tried, it was broken. We left the second chair unopened. Asked to return them and I received a haggling email that offered $15 off each chair. Overall, a negative experience.
