Works Great for Summer Pool Re-Opening

Giselle May 7, 2024

I recently tried this and really like it. I shocked %26 stabilized the water one day; next day - I added the clarifier. Pool looked great! I am now going to incorporate it into routine maintenance when I shock during Summer. You may want to keep in mind that the average (inground) pool takes about 1.5C (12oz) per treatment. So the 32oz bottle isn't quite 3 treatments. I haven't tried it in the jacuzzi yet :)

Cheaper than name brand and does great job

JJ September 24, 2022

I bought this clarifier because the Clorox version was not available. Glad i did, this one works just the same as the more expensive version. Came back to a pool with algea after vacation, after hitting it with shock i used this and it collected all the dead algea and helped me vacuum it. Use it all the time to keep my pool clear and it's very easy to use.

The packaging was great!!! Each bottle was in its own zip lock bag inside individual padded shipping bags inside a box. Each bottle also had tape wrapped around the neck to prevent any leaking. Very impressive!!

Works!

Bchkat May 16, 2023

With an unprotected above ground pool in Florida, it is a constant struggle to maintain. With all chemicals within limits and the water still cloudy, I used this product and was clear within 48 hours.

Clears up cloudiness

Lisac173 August 17, 2023

My pool started to look cloudy. I followed the directions on the back of the bottle. The very next day the water was clear.

It turned my seafoam green pool to blue but the water is still a little cloudy. I may need to add more.

HTH Clarifier

Aliasnutz September 22, 2016

I have a simple 3,300 'pop-up' (I use that term loosely, bcz contrary to its name they do not just pop up, in fact it's quite time consuming to put up and fill) pool and used it as directed, when I was new to this whole pool thing I'd use the recommended amount-a few tablespoons in a bucket of water. But as the summer wore on and the pool got dirty I would use whatever I thought was good, 1/2 cup, a cup etc. You may have to treat, vacuum, then re-treat. it seems to do what it claims, make the water more clear. I, again, found I needed to use more than the recommended amount. And all the crud sinks to the bottom, so you will need to vacuum. Someone with a larger pool would need several bottles over the summer, however it worked out okay for my small pool. There maybe be a cheaper option with more available for a larger pool.
