I bought this for a 8 and 9 year old who is use to working with a hot glue gun and it works great. It never got too hot. Easy to move around with little hands

Heats quickly and works beautifully on iron-on transfers. Have used it on ceramic plates, some cosmetic bags and purses, and a bandana.
