Hu Salty Dark Chocolate Bar, 2.1 Ounce Bar, 1 Count

I have had a lot of chocolate from all over and this one by far. Has become my go to! It's velvety, smooth, right amount of bitter to sweet. Just the perfect snack chocolate. Or microplane some over some ice cream. Ughhhhhhhhhhh the mouth love is real. Love this product and recommend you give it a try.

Not a sweets person, but this brand does a good job and making this somewhat of a healthier alternative, with good quality chocolate. If you’re a dark chocolate person, who appreciates cocoa, then this is a healthier alternative for you before a workout.

I've been trying to get healthier and a bit of dark chocolate has been my little daily treat. I have tried several, but this one stands out above the rest. The taste is phenomenal with a little salty kick. The only thing I would change is for it to be a little bigger.

I heard about this on Youtube as a somewhat "ingredient conscious" option for us chocolate lovers. It was a little more salty than I was expecting so if there was a straight dark chocolate option I would probably choose that. It still satisfies the chocolate craving so I have definitely bought this version more than once. If they had a smaller bites pieces individually wrapped, I would buy that too!

I bought this as a gift for a vegan friend so I am not rating on taste, I am going to warn people about the deceptive packaging. About 1/4 of the packaging is empty. The bar is much smaller that it appears

Just ok. I prefer another brand but it's more expensive so I thought I'd try this to see. I initially bought this to make ganache but I decided against it. Not the exact flavor I would want to top my chocolate cake. I can see a lot people really liking this but most people really love milk chocolate. I'm not one of them. This needs to be even darker chocolate than it is %26 I thought that's what I was buying.

Do yourself a favor %26 search Reddit 'Did Hu bars get smaller?' They also cost 50 cents more per bar compared to 6 months ago. I'll go back to the better dark chocolate for the same price!

I recently purchased the Hu Salty Dark chocolate bar and while the taste is very good and well balanced, the size was shocking. The outer wrapper shown online looks like the full bar, but once opened there is another inner wrapper and the actual bar inside is much smaller than expected. The bar measures about 4.5 inches long and about 2 inches wide. Seeing it next to a ruler really puts it into perspective. For the price, the size is hard to justify. If this were around 2.50 per bar it would feel more reasonable. The chocolate tastes good, but the value does not match the cost. The website should clearly show the actual bar size or list the dimensions so customers know what they are getting.

The bar is now half the size of the outer wrapper. The price is the same. I don’t mind paying money for good chocolate however, the outer package needs to reflect the amount you actually receive. Therefore, I do not recommend this product.

I didn't realize this was a vegan dark chocolate , but it sort of makes sense as to why it has a gimmicky packaging concept considering vegan products got infested with deceptive marketing trends after veganism became a huge health fad. That aside, I ordered this bar because it looked like most traditional sized bars of chocolate. Upon receiving it I realize the bar is actually 1/3 smaller than the external packaging which only exists to make it seem bigger than it is for the same price point as a larger premium bar. The flavor is nothing special either as it's just average dark chocolate. Fooled me once shame on you. Will not be purchasing this again only because of the deceptive packaging.
