We have absolutely loved both bikes. My kiddos love their new bikes and we are taking them on different little walks every weekend and they ride their bikes!

Chain
The chain is all rusted. Really in happy with the quality of the chain. I bought it for Christmas for my great Grand daughter She only used it twice and really didn’t use it bc she doesn’t know how to puddle it yet. I always believed Walmart always had good prices but the quality is s so poor.

I expected the bicycle to have training wheels with it like it was picture when I ordered it, had to order training wheels separate because they were NOT on bike as was stated

Short Life Span
Bike only lasted a little over 1 year before it no longer was working. Bearing in pedal must have broke. Chain keeps catching at same point with pedal but no issue with chain at all kinda sad to have to Buy another bike when my child still fits on this one comfortably! Bike has been left in garage out of weather conditions and only used weekly

Used bike delivered to me with other purchases. Tear in seat . Tires dirty as if it had been ridden and back wheels bent. I am very disappointed as I spend a lot of money weekly at Walmart and consider this disrespectful. I ordered another one now as I am sending it with family out of town. Now I have to get someone to take it to store as I am handicapped. Also no one answers at any Walmart numbers at Richmond store.

Back Tire not running smoothly
Got it pre-assembled from Walmart. No issues with appearance however, the back tire does not spin freely. Barely used and my kid struggles to push the pedals. I have inspected it well. Lifted the bike and turned the pedals fast to investigate the issue however, the tire stops abruptly. Not sure what my options are now. It is useless to me unfortunately.

I order online and bike seats is tear and I go customer service and tell I need to exchange and the said store price us different and we can’t give it for same price and I ordered aging and I pick up again so I am really tired. Customer service is really bad.

Disappointed
This bike has literally been used. I blame myself for not checking it initially but now that I'm gift wrapping and packing, I noticed the wheels are dirty, the pedals look worn, the handle bars are extremely loose, and the training wheels don't even touch the ground. Unacceptable. This was supposed to be a gift!

Bad product
The bike is filthy the white tires are black it feels flimsy when rolling the bike inside the house and the bike itself is missing some bolts so the training wheels keep coming off this was so disappointing

If it wasn’t for the fact this is a Christmas gift, I would have left it at the store. I waited in pickup for 1 hour. The gentleman that brought it to me was nice but was upset that his peers were moving really slow and not getting orders out to the customers. Waiting as long as I did is not acceptable customer service
