Huffy 16" Disney Frozen Kids' Bike, Fits Riders 42"-48", Blue, Youth, Girl's

I bought this product at target one month ago opened it Christmas Eve and there were no pedals and no handle bars it was literally the only gift my granddaughter wanted I found one on line for pick up at your store you guys assembled it and had it ready for me in like two hours I was so grateful even in the hurry and scurry of Christmas you guys saved my Christmas thank you soooo much

Purchased this in-store and already assembled. My 4 year old is pretty tall for her age, so the size was perfect with a little room to grow. She absolutely LOVES the little seat on the back for her babies. She is obsessed with frozen too so that was a bonus. The only negative I noticed a week in, was the streamers fell out here and there but that's typical.

I didn't like the fact that it was listed on the web site as being in stock at the store I usually order from so it was canceled so I had to re order it from another store miles away! If an item is out of stock it should be told before we place our orders

im DONE with huffy bikes. Supposed to be easy assemble. was missing the screws that old the sled on my husband ended up having to get a drill bit and drilling a hole through the medal and using 2 screw/bolts in order to attach the sled part. Also my daughter rides without training wheels so a kick stand would of been great but there isnt one. This is the second Huffy bike ive ordered and something not been correct or was missing. Ordered an adult mountain bike the whole front wheel assembly was bent and the part was on back ordered so had to return to the store which is 45 mins away.

Really excited to get this for my Granddaughters birthday. Unfortunately, it only came with one pedal. Walmart customer service told me I would need to return the whole bike. After spending an hour putting together the bike. I wasn't about to take it apart and try to get it back in the already damaged box it came in. I just wanted a pedal. Her birthday was the next day. Seems easy enough. The Walmart representative was useless and rude, then just put me on the forever hold. So, I had to emergency order a new set of pedals $12.00 and wait 7 days for them. Very frustrated. I am a Walmart plus customer that makes lots of purchases. This experience was frustrating!! What a hassle! I think Walmart should reimburse me.

This was the second purchase of the same bike disney frozen theme . Two different store s and the same problem on both. May be a manufacturing issue spec problem . The training wheels were way to uneven my daughter could not ride alone or with assistance they were too wobbly baby too high off the ground d

This was delivered to our home assembled. It looked like it had been sitting outside for a year! The direction bag was badly stained even though it was in a plastic bag, the tires were very dirty, the little "sled" on the back was covered in dirt, the connection to the handle bar was rusted!! It was just totally unacceptable. I can't believe that someone would actually let this bike leave the store.

Bought this bike was charged a service fee, I bought the service package to put it together and when I got the bike the tires was on flat. Was suppose to have a tech come out and assemble but it was already assembled and I paid for a service that was never use. I cancel the tech that was suppose to put the bike together. I never got that money back. Walmart your services have went down and you charged me like $60 to assemble.

I ordered the bike on my app and paid for it to be assembled, when I went to pick it up it came out still in the box. I talked to a manager showed her my receipt and she had no clue what to do. I am out $59, and will never order another bike from walmart. It was there mistake and acted like it was my fault.

The back piece that would hold a doll was broke. I think the screw is on the inside of it. You can hear something in there and it sounds like metal. But there is no way to fix it because however it came it broke the plastic and it broke inward. The box says do not lay on the side but I have a feeling since the box came pretty banged up it was on its side a few times. If she rides it all we will hear is the screw in it bouncing around.
