This Aluminum BMX is light weight and ready to race right out of the box! It's well built for beginner & intermediate riders, offering three piece cranks and sleek design.
bought this bike for my son for Christmas and let him have it early while the weather is nice. bike is nice aluminum light weight good looking bike rides nice now I want one for myself 5,8 and 24 bmx fits perfectly for both my son and I and is fast enough to keep up with other 8 speed gravel type bikes . it's a good one
I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this bike. I am new to BMX and didn't want to spend a lot, but wanted a good entry level bike. I used to be a semi-pro DH racer, but as I've gotten up in years, my bones have showed wear. I quit riding for a few decades, but started up again. My first venture back into biking was a granny cruiser single speed. I loved that bike so much... It's made of aluminum and had the perfect geometry. Like riding on a cloud. It was then that I stopped laughing at Huffy bikes as cheap junk. The reviews on this bike were similar. Huffy is stepping up to the plate and becoming respectable again. This bike is no exception. Although an entry level bike, it is good to go, right out of the box. For me, though, I wanted something that fit my style of riding better. So I upgraded the pedals to aluminum flat/spike pedals from my DH bike, changed out the seat, changed out the tires to knobbies - upgraded to 1.95 - as well as Heavy Duty thick tubes, and tube protectors (I waited until these tires flattened out from the inevitable thorns in my area, which took all of one short ride, lol). I also added a useable kickstand (the stock one is pretty useless). It'll have to be removed if I decide to race, but for now, it's nice to have a working stand. In the future, I am very likely to change to a zero degree stem. The top tube is long enough for an adult to ride comfortably - I mean, it's longer than my DH bike - which is weird. It's better than I expected. The only thing is why does the cruiser not come with cruiser handlebars. It comes with8” bars. Those are tall for a bmx cruiser. I will be changing those out. Other than that it's a great bike. Great for the beginner racing bmx.
Well built and light! I'm very happy with the bike...I'm 5'9" and 210lbs. Holds me well. I swapped the handle bars for 4 piece taller and laid back seat post for more legitimate room...awesome bike now!
Very nice bike, flat black with nice lettering. I assembled it myself, easy to put together. The bike is very well made and is lightweight. Not complicated to operate, single speed, no shifting and a rear only hand brake. Perfect bike for a young kid, it will give many years of biking.
Very nice bike, great quality and easy to assemble.
My grandson loves his bike. He helped put it together with his uncle so he had some knowledge of the mechanics. I have one complaint. The chain guard has already broken, just snapped and broke in pieces. And he has only had the bike since August. It's a very nice looking and sturdy bike and he loves the colors.
We never opened the original shipping box. The end of the box was broken, opened and damaged and could see the bike completely. The handle bars were dented and scratched bad and the end of the box was crushed like the box was dropped from a considerable height. So returned the bike without opening the original shipping box and waiting on the replacement bike. So it's hard to post a review when it wasn't Walmarts fault. It was damaged durning shipping. Walmart customer service is like always "GREAT". They had UPS pick up the bike and now replacement is being processed for shipping.
my bike did not come with the headset bolt that connects the headset to the front forks, nor did it come with the 4 bolts that go in the headset or an owners manual.
