Hull Farm Cocoa Bean Hull Year Round Garden Soil Insulating Mulch, 2 Cu. Ft.

I use it in October before the rainy season. It smells great when you first put it down, but the real reason is that it enriches the soil. I spread it thinly so that it is able to breathe, work into the earth and not mold. A great product for the soil.

First off the smell when i opened the bag was amazing. The sizes of the pieces were great , and were easy-to-use. I put it around my trees and shrubs and it cut down on my watering!

I use this every year around the bottom of my banana plant

this is the best mulch ive ever used...snails hate it, it smell amazing when i water, and looks gorgeous in my gardens!!

I like everything about this product. I use it in my flower garden and it looks nice as a mulch and it smells good also. A little pricey though

I would give it a 5 if it was for the mulch only. I love cocoa bean hull mulch. I've used it for years. It smells wonderful after a rain. It covers well and darkens from light brown to rich dark brown by the end is summer into fall. Unlike wood bark mulch and others you do not have to rake up it breaks down and I just add more the following spring. My only con was with the shipping. FedEx delivered to wrong address and customer service at Walmart said it would take 24-48 to investigate. It was left out in rain and box/bag soaked and torn with some mulch blown down the driveway when it was finally at the correct address. Walmart should have better customer service.

Everything looked normal in the bag. In the hot weather after watering small jumping worms appeared. Won't buy it again.

I ordered 10 bags of mulch for shipping at $2.47 each. I received 1 bag of cracked shell mulch instead for the same price. BUYER BE WARE WHEN ITEMS ARE MISSING THEY say you'll receives refund. I have NEVER received that refund. They say the refund will take up to 10 days. It never happens. Last month I was missing $75.00 of meat. I called the DelPrado store and spoke with their customer agent and was told I would be refunded within 10 business days it didn't happen. They stool $75.00 from w Walmart membership person. Now I'm waiting for an order that was placed yesterday morning for delivery between 12-1:00 pm it was delayed. It never was delivered but my checking was charged. So now I'm out another $80.00 plus change. This membership is not worth it and I'm ending mine today.
