I have owned these before and love the comfort they provide. the packing boxes during shipping is the best I have ever witnessed. the boxes were good quality beyond expectation along with the other plastic wrapping. 5 stars all the way thru.

Once I saw how compacted it was, I had some major doubts, but it expanded beautifully. Just follow the directions. I like that the cover may be machine washed. Great purchase!

product showed up in a box compacted real small. instructions said to take out of box and will take up to 48 hours to get to full size. 2 weeks later it's still in box form.

Impossible to “fluff”. Stayed dehydrated and shrunken after the 3-day requirement and run through the dryer as instructed.
