Definitely works. Fights hunger and massive energy levels. Make sure you take it at least 8hrs before bedtime or you won't be able to sleep. Only side effects I've had are sweating the first 2hrs of taking it. I only take one in the morning and it works all day for me and I'm losing weight!

They definitely give you energy just be careful because I started taking the recommended amount for day 4 but my body wasn't ready yet. I had to decrease the amount. It made me shake real bad, especially my hands and I was a little irritable from it being to much for me. That was with me taking 2 twice a day, went back to 2, once a day. still using them

pure poison that's what I experienced this was my first time I ever tried anything OTC for weight loss only after reading the reviews and every one praising it .I took 1 pill just to try and half an hour after talking it I puked my guts out It made me so sick my whole weekend was ruined that is by taking 1 pill I don't even want to imagine what would have happened if I had taken 2 pills which is recommend dose . Please be careful if you choose to take this product if its out there doesn't mean its for you especially if you have sensitive stomach or have any kind of GI issues . Its a firm NO product for me .
