Natures Craft Pure Green Tea Extract Supplement, Metabolism Support for Men and Women, 60 Capsules

I appreciate that this is a reasonably priced supplement for metabolism. It is good to be able to take it once a day. I can take it with breakfast, so I don't forget it. I have only used this for a week so I do not know how effective it will be. It would be nice to have some data to back it up.

Been taking 1 each MORNING for about 70 days so far with no ill effects, no jitters, no nausea, no loss of sleep, etc. . According to the mfgr website the results should begin to be noticeable around 90 days or possibly sooner. I HAVE already noticed a distinct solid daily boost in metabolism and am looking forward to the other many many benefits to appear in time. The product is 3rd party tested and no gmo which is great and contains a substantial amount of EGCG which, if you research EGCG, has numerous amazing health benefits if taken consistently over time.

I have bought this one year's ago and just found these again. These are amazing if you want energy you must try. No after taste easier than making green tea all the time. Must try for yourself.
