No real smell or taste to them. Easy to take. First day using them so we'll see how it goes past that.

Its a larger bottle than competitors and cheaper. There is no taste or smell so thats great.

So far so good! No aftertaste

I haven't really noticed a difference but I'm hoping that over time I will see a difference. I was influenced by TikTok so I found it cheaper at Walmart.

I am new to this product, however, comparing it to other products made by other companies, they seem to do the same job!

The capsule is brown, I was expecting green. It is hard on the stomach when you first start taking it

Seems like a decent supplement, I didn't have any adverse reactions and my hormone balance seems a bit better. I'll keep taking it and come back with an update.

I've purchased this item before. My last shipment the bottles were noticeably old/off despite having a sell by date of 2 years from now (which is far too long for a supplement like this. It's basically dried mint and doesn't last that long.) While previous bottles the pills were bright green and clearly smelled minty, my most recent shipment the pills are medium BROWN and have no smell at all. The product is clearly old or has poor quality control.

This product came to me old … the capsules do not smell like mint, they have a off smell to them and they’re also brown, dark brown, which it’s said they are not to be, it’s said that they are to have a light minty smell because it is spearmint, but when my package came in, I opened it and I got a foul smell, and my capsules are dark brown, I am so disappointed will not be getting this again.

A supplement like this. is basically dried mint. I've bought before and the capsules in the bottles were bright green and clearly smelled minty. My bottle has a BROWN color and have no smell at all. I opened a capsule and tasted the product and it tasted like dirt! These capsules are definitely NOT spearmint leaf or any kind of mint! Either they are extremely many years old (my bottle says Expire date is 11/2028) or NOT any kind of mint...that is my opinion since all of them have NO spearmint smell and I also believe this is terrible poor quality of something and of quality control. I will be contacting Walmart customer service for some kind of reimbursement and will order from another seller. Nutricost definitely missed the mark on this product!
