I'm happy it's effective for me and grandma. It took 4days, we are completely regulated with our sleep and waking up at the same time. helping eliminate nightly insomnia, and regulating her slow digestion and her temperament has improved as well. Good product works as expected.

When I happen to know that I need Magnesium supplement, I checked which one suited for me because there are different kinds of Magnesium. For me, I needed it to poop everyday and I choose Magnesium Citrate. So, when I started to use this product I never had a problem pooping everyday which is a great relieved for me. Before I used to drink stool softener, laxative, eating food high in fiber just to regulate my toilet routine. I'am so particular to make my toilet routine daily because I know that it's not good not to eliminate your bowel everyday. I'm using this product since then and I even bought this product to send my relatives in other country. I highly recommend this product. I have used this magnesium supplement for the past 4 months and it has been the only product that has helped me to rest better at night. I do not want to be without it. I appreciate that it also is a complex formula that is said to aid in digestive balance, mood support, and muscle, bone and nerve health. It has been 3rd party tested, sourced in the US, sourced from a certified facility and non-GMO.
