I feel like I was mislead with these mct capsules. it said pure c8 but when I got it the bottle says approx 3/4 c8 and the rest c10. no problems with stomachache at all even though I haven't used any mct in a while. makes me wonder what is actually in it. no problems so far though

The capsules look big but are easy to swallow. Recommended dose is 2 a day. I can't really tell if it's working.

These came stuck together. They had a moisture-prevention packet in the bottle, but these softgels are seriously stuck together! I'm afraid if I pull too hard, they'll break up a spill all over the other gels in the bottle. So, I will not be buying these again.
