If you're doing KETO, these help you keep on track, helping ensure you see when you are actually in ketosis and the amount of ketones in your urine (the darker the better). I use these once per day, at the same time of day (first thing in the morning). If I notice they're getting light, I'll adjust my fat intake. One negative, when using these, don't let them stay in a steady stream of urine, or the results will not be accurate... the stuff on the tab gets "washed" off and it looks like you're not in ketosis, when you may be. Just a quick swipe is all you need.... easy, quick, clean sample!

I tinker with carnivore and ketovore, and while these test strips may not be as accurate as blood tests, they do measure added ketones. It typically takes me 3-4 days to get into ketosis (as read by these strips), but they are a motivator. For the price, they work perfectly.

I am obsessed with checking my fat output and I use these EVERY time I go wee. Haha. As long as they are not negative, I am content, and the more purple they turn, the happier I am. The ONLY things I'm not crazy about are: 1. They are more costly than others when balancing the fact that there are only 50 strips versus others with 100 strips; and, 2. After use, they lose their color quite quickly. I mean I want to BRAG, and wave my wee stick around, but it fades within 10-15 minutes. As far as accuracy goes, they seem to be right on the money.

I like these little pee sticks, nothing complicated just pee and look at the color chart. In 3 days I was in ketosis, my insulin was down and I drop 5 lbs.

Great product. But I wouldn't buy it from Walmart. The box had been opened then retaped shut and the seal was missing off the bottle. I tried to return it but Walmart would not allow a refund due to the type of product it was. Disappointing.

If you're on the keto diet these are a must. They're also low cost especially compared to a lot of others out there and there are so many I feel like it's a good value. This is how I check if I'm in ketosis without any skin pricks it is so easy.

The strips remove any guessing; you know precisely whether you are in Keto, and how deep you are, or whether you're over your limit in ketones. Just dip the strip for 15 seconds, match the color on the strip with the color code on the bottle and your good to go! And Re-lion is a reputable brand.

I ordered these strips because Reli-On is a name I can trust. I have followed the instructions to the letter. I have consistently tested Negative-Trace, including Negative this morning, after following a strict Keto diet for three weeks, and consistently losing weight. So I will continue to trust the process, not the strips.

For me, these keto strips are useless. Consistently shows zero urine ketones, yet a blood test to confirm revealed my ketones are nearly off the charts. I'm very dissapointed. A total waste of money.. :(

Cost to much Started purchasing a different brand elsewhere and getting 3 times the strips. Availability I would order these because they would say they were in stock and half the time I would not get them in my order because they were actually out of stock
