ReliOn Lancing Device

Easy to use, Clean and dispose. Fine needle is nearly painless. I check using my palm below the thumb. This devise makes it easy ti use in alternate sites. The clear attatchment is used for the hand and arm. Simple pick the depth on the device. Press the button for lancing. Then, press down to form a drop of blood to put on the strip for reading. The pieces ate easy to clean.

I ordered 3 pieces, the lancet delivering device, the test strips and the lancets -- all ReliOn Prime brand. I have already told several friends/family how remarkably GOOD these items perform and how pleased I am that I tried them and find them equal to other, far more expensive comparable items. This products and all of the necessary components is excellent.

My One Touch Ultra 2 went kaput and got tired of just jabbing the lancet, was more than a tiny jab of the finger. So I decided on this ReliOn and boy am I glad I did. Much easier to use, great value and the quality is surprisingly good for the price, so I decided to buy another one for when out on the road. Not to mention the lancets are a good price as well, I buy the 200 pk as needed. Recommended

It took me a minute to figure out how to get the cap off in order to replace the lancet. The ergonomics could be designed a little better. The spring works good. I expect it to last as long as most lancing devices.

My lancing device broke and I needed a replacement. ReliOn Lancing Device was available same day with in-store pickup for a much cheaper price than any I could find on other web sites, which would have to mail it to me. It uses my lancets made by a different manufacturer, as well as many others. Great product and cheap price. Would recommend to a friend.

Well, it's a nice little device, but I got the wrong one!! I have the Contour 1 lancet device with lancets that doesn't fit this device!! I'm so disappointed! But it's a cute device, and I can hold on to it-no sense in going through the hassle of getting the money back.

This product works fine. The only problem is that it is missing a piece that should have been packaged in the box, and was not...the "clear cap". I called the 800 number and they were not able to simply send me the missing piece, but instead said they will send me a gift card to buy the product again, hopefully with missing part included. Took a couple of phone calls to get this information. Still waiting for the gift card.

The Reli On Lansing device was purchased on September 12, 2024. Upon using the device a couple of times it will not function properly. I called the 800 number today Sept 16, 2024 to see what to do about replacing it. I was told that since I I did not still have the packaging she could do nothing about it. Is this the new Walmart policy now.?? Please explain. Before I disconnected the call I heard her say I know you purchased it but if there's no serial %23 or packaging information there's nothing I can do about that. Yes you paid $6.00 but there's nothing I can do.

It is difficult to insert lancet, top does not slide on smoothly, must recalibrate depth with each use, mechanics stiff. Item seems cheaply made and I have no faith that it will last a month. Quality of these lancing devices is declining with each purchase.

Works, But Lacks a Basic Safety Feature For $5.69, this is a very basic lancing device. It comes with 10 lancets. The blue tip has adjustable depth settings, while the clear tip is not adjustable. My biggest complaint is the lack of a safety/locking mechanism. Other lancing devices I've owned were designed so they couldn't accidentally fire and stick you unless the device had first been deliberately cocked or armed. This one lacks that extra protection. It works, but between the limited features and lack of a safety mechanism, I expected better even at this price.
