Works better than Melatonin 3mg for me
Works OK---but must take 2 1/2 to 3 hours before bed---not 30 minutes to hour like they say---but it works fine for me.

I have had some luck with using this to get ready for sleep. Adding a 3mg melatonin a little later I have seen better sleep, less waking.

Not a differene maker for me
I purchased Tryptophan to help me stay asleep longer but it doesn't seem to have that affect on me. I can't speak to the effectiveness of this product, but for me it hasn't made a difference.

Did not work for me
I purchased this for sleep as I often cannot get to sleep after waking up. I took the dosage for several nights but it had little if any effect.

Helps me sleep, but with a caveat....
L-Tryptophan is an amino acid that is found in milk. It helps me to sleep pretty good; however, please beware: after taking one each night before bedtime for 3 or 4 days in a row, I find that it messes with my memory! I took a break from it for a time, then tried it again, and the same thing happened, so I've decided to use it only occasionally from now on. I don't know if anyone else has noticed this problem, or if it's just me.
