I have severe issues with leg cramps. Some one had mentioned to me that this product was amazing! After a while and trying everything else available and by prescription and nothing working I finally bought some! I cannot sing the praises for this product, loud enough! It does not take long for this to work and if in 15 minutes, you still have your cramp after one pill do not be afraid to take a second right away at that 15 minute interval. I have never had to use more than two and I suffer greatly. You will not be disappointed to try this product!

I have been using these for years...I used to get intense calf (orfoot) cramps that our wake me up in agony. Since I take Hyland's Leg Cramps pills regularly, I rarely ever get any leg cramps. I prefer the caplets (which are super easy to swallo) as opposed to the ones that you dissolve under your tongue. That's just a personal preference.
