The predominant flavor and ingredient is green tea. I find it needs to be steeped for around 5 minutes for fuller flavor. The other ingredients are flavorful, but subtle. It doesn't seem like something that I will tire of, and no doubt I will continue to buy it, for it was very pleasant drinking it. I'm not sure if it has caffeine in it; I didn't see it on the ingredient list.

Great Taste with Healthy Benefits
Great way to get beetroot benefits such as lowered blood pressure. You can even add some hot chocolate or drink by itself with the added benefits of green tea. Loved it and still enjoying the delicious flavor and the health benefits.
