This tape is wonderful once you get the hang of it. The tape isn't thick, and there is paper backiing on it. The backing is easy to pull off because it is split in the middle. You need to cut to fit, then pull off just a bit of backing, place the tape and then pull off backing while sticking the tape to bandage. It took some practice, but if I can do it, probably anyone can. The tape doesn't hurt as much as other medical tapes when you take it off.
