It's a little small but it was very easy to assemble. The instructions were on point and easy. The Spurs are easily adjustable. The only thing I was a little confusing was putting the tire on. You have to take the brakes off completely to put the tire on then put the brakes back on the bike, but either we shall digress well than that it's not too heavy. My son loves it. I didn't put the tri schools on the bike cause he said he didn't need it so if he loves it, I love it.
This bike is awesome. My four year-old thinks he's actually riding a Nitro circus dirt bike. It's a little tall for him maybe more for a 5,6, or even 7 year-old but he is tall as well and can now ride it without training wheels. Building and assembling the bike was pretty easy and simple. The one thing we did not like is that it doesn't come with a Kickstand. But overall, this bike is awesome!
We love this bike. Very manly and patriotic looking. It's sturdy and has a seat that actually bounces with the shocks. Our son thinks it's a real dirt bike. Very fun to ride. It is heavier than a normal bike this size. 10/10 would buy again.
Great bike for a young boy easy to assemble. Just need a few tools. I'm a mom and put it all together by myself. It looks great. I'm pretty sure he will enjoy it for a Easter present.
5 year old picked this bike and lived it! However, I didn't even think about the fact that the seat doesn't go up and down like a traditional bike. He is an avid bike rider and was able to start from leaning off one leg and could barely touch on his tippy toes. Definitely keep that in mind if you have a shorter kid or are needing the seat to be adjustable. You may need to hold off awhile until purchasing or go with a regular bike. ,
Would have put a 5 star review if it had all the parts. I called Walmart told them that it was missing the peddles and they had me call 2 other numbers just to be told that the bike was not eligible for replacement parts or a refund. So we had to got to the store and buy universal peddles.
Very poor quality bike. For example: the handlebars will easily fall out of alignment with the tire, no matter how tightly the bolts and screws are tightened. Looks cool and my kid is happy but would not purchase again.
terribly uncomfortable. learning wheels are not stabil. my kid rode it for an hour only and he was bending over one side in the middle already. seat not cushioned.
My son was so excited when he first got this bike, but the handlebars kept messing up on him and was too small even though he was within the right age and my son is not that tall
When ordering the bike, it comes unassembled. I went to the local Walmart and asked if they would assemble the bike for me. I was told they do not assemble bikes for customers, but if I refund the bikes and repurchase them, I could get the bike assembled. I went home, retrieved the bike, and returned to Walmart to refund it. However, upon repurchasing it, I was told it would not be assembled. The trip to Walmart was a big disappointment and a waste of time. If the bike was purchased from Walmart, in-store or online, Walmart should be able to assemble it.
