One of my dogs is a very aggressive chewer. He demolishes most toys in a matter of hours, and sometimes even a few minutes. This ball has lasted a week so far! And, you can't even tell he's been chewing on it like crazy. So I highly recommend it for any dog. The squeak is loud, but it's not annoying, so my dogs love it, and I don't mind it at all.

I have 2 dogs. One is a Labrador mix of 45 lbs, and the other is a Husky of 55 lbs. They BOTH destroy toys way too easily. I have to be careful what I buy them. Can't buy anything fluffy (destroyed in 5 minutes), can't buy anything soft (destroyed in 5-10 minutes), can't buy anything too hard (teeth may break and bloody gums)… As you can see, my dogs are like everyone's dogs – they're hard to buy for. Lol. However, this ball has lasted and has become one of my Lab mix's favorite toy. She goes crazy for it because it squeaks too! It's a lot of fun to play with this ball for us too because it's bouncy, it's small (but not too small), and it squeaks. So when my dogs get a hold of it in their mouths, they'll excitedly run around with it while squeaking it. Lol. It's easy to clean off too. I just run it under warm water and wash with soap. Rinse it off and dry on the counter. This is a great toy to have for any dogs who love to play with balls and easily destroy other toys. This ball is virtually indestructible. I've bought toy balls that lasted maybe 6 hours, max. This one is going strong!

My large dogs loves this toy. Perfect size and he loves balls so this is something different that has balls on each end.

The Hyper Pet Dura Squeaks Ball is a multi-pet toy. Most people would think that this is a “dog toy”; however, our cats love this ball! It's lightweight so they can bat it around. It is too large for our cat to play fetch with, but she really enjoys batting it around the hard wood floor and chasing it! At the same time, it is durable enough and washable so when our three fur grand dogs come over, they can borrow it and play fetch in the back yard! Another great thing about this pet toy is it is sturdy and made out of nontoxic plastic materials! One of our grandson's dogs is a 1-year puppy, and she loves to chew. She is a medium size dog, and she just loves this ball. When she hears the squeak, she goes nuts! It's the perfect size for her, but not so small that we have to worry about a “choking factor”. Again, the plastic/rubber is flexible yet sturdy so I don't have to worry about her biting pieces off of it. When they go home with the grandson, I can just wash the ball off, and the cats can once again play with it! Of course, our cats don't mind sharing because that means Luna is busy and not bothering them!

To start...my dog loves it. The first thing that I noticed is that it's really rugged and well made. It is made of semi-soft rubber but it's very durable. It doesn't have any seams that can be chewed loose or things sticking up that that a dog can chew off. It's a hardy ball with a great squeaker in it. Within minutes my dog destroys every ball she gets. She's been working on this one for a few days now and it's still in perfect condition. If you have a dog that loves to eat tennis balls and frisbees till they're unrecognizable, then this ball is for you!

I was given the opportunity to review this fresh new pet product Hyper Pet Dura Squeaks Ball, through the Wal-Mart Spark review program. I'm always on the lookout for different toys and games for the k-9 gang to keep them occupied while out for their exercise. The ball is firmer than your average tennis ball, but a little smaller in diameter The squeaker is recessed a little to protect it from teeth so it hopefully will continue to squeak and delight the players. It is easy to spot in a yard as the bright neon green color does pop. Clean-up is a breeze, just a quick rinse under running water cleans it right up. The ball has a bit of a textured surface that might cause it to bounce unpredictably if the ball bounced just right. I tried it inside while the dogs were out and really didn't see much unpredictability. I do like that it has been made of non-toxic materials, with all of the various recalls in our recent past one can only hope that our choices for our pets are solid. I really don't think that this ball is "pit-bull" strong so I let my terrier play with the ball as I know he won't destroy it in one bite. He is strong enough to make it squeak and he loves the higher than normal pitch of it.

Pretty good design ball that can't pop, its also big enough to where most dogs won't try to swallow it. The squeak is a little annoying but I the dog likes it, who cares. It's made from a fairly thick material so it should last a while.

I love this ball! It has a wacky bounce cause of the uneven surface. It seems to be more durable than other balls with squeakers. My dog gets such joy from toys that squeak, but he is not gentle. He is a 120 pound GSD who loves to make his toys squeak all the time. All those plush squeakys last maybe a day or two, before he finds a seam to pull open. Once the seam is torn open it's only an hour or so before he has disabled the squeaker and he is no longer interested in it. This Hyper Pet Dura Squeaks Ball makes it fun to chase, then pounce, then squeak loud and fast, only to do it again! I just have to watch closely since it's size is alittle smaller than I would like for a large German Shepherd. I just use it as a reward toy when I can watch closely. I just love watching him enjoy it so much I reward him often.
