I received just what I ordered, I not being as in touch with my carpenter side as Jesus had to figure out to put jst a little grease or oil to lubricate the saw. Now, of course Im using it in the home for small projects like frames etc. but i love it.;

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE PURCHASED THIS ITEM. IT WORKS WELL, BUT THE BLADE BECOMES DULL ALL TOO QUICKLY AND IS NOT SOLD INDEPENDENTLY. SO, THE MITER BOX AND AW HAVE TO BE PURCCHASED AGAIN.

The back saw is not bad for the money. The plastic miter box is not very good at all. The slots are too narrow for the saw blade. You must saw through the slots before you can actually use the miter box. Okay, it was cheap. That's what you get. Sorry.

I bought this for the saw. I already have a good mitre box. The saw is fine with a decent cut. I briefly used the plastic box that comes with the saw. For a rare usage and screwing it down to a branch , it works ok. From 1-5 , I rate the plastic box a 2. The saw is fine. Can't expect much for $10.

better off buying a mini chopstol for 40 bucks especially if you're doing quarter round or some kind of trim around your house. this all would only be good for if you're doing one or two cuts takes long.

I wasn't expecting a state of the art miter box, but we couldn't even get the saw into the angle slices to be able to start to use it. Most of the saws sharpness was used trying to cut the plastic slice big enough to even let the saw work back and forth. It's still not useable or glides easily after many many minutes of trying to correct the too thin slice slots.

It was very difficult and impossible to get the blade between the slots to even attempt to make a cut. I tried prying the slots open, but even trying to "saw", it was cutting against the box, cutting little plastic pieces off so I returned it. Maybe buy the next level up one might be better. I ended up buying an electric miter table saw.

Received a rusty saw without the miter box. But at least someone was kind enough to tape the label ("miter box with blade") onto the blade and all sell it as a new, complete item.

First off, the slots are too small for the saw blade, which means you're cutting plastic at the same time you're trying to cut wood. My little dollar store saw is sharper and cuts better than this one. Waste of money.
