Fantastic Value and Must Have
I ordered this to go asking with their impact driver kit i was purchasing as i knew a 1.5ah wouldn't cut it. Battery pack build quality appears good, no complaints on that end. I also picked up their quick charger instead of dealing with a barrel jack charger, pack charged up in under an hour. Performance wise you can definitely feel a difference vs the 1.5, i used it throughout the weekend on various projects and did not have any issues with it. From removing lawn mover blades to driving screws into cinder block walls, the 6ah battery provided plenty of power (tried the 1.5 on a couple items but it seems there cells used have a very lower discharge rate). FWIW if anyone is wondering these 6ah batteries are using Highstar 30PR cells in them, 3s2p 18650 setup. Info on them shows they are around the performance level of a Samsung 30Q, roughly the same discharge rates.

Great and essential battery for rhe 12v systems
Best battery if youre running any Hyper Tough tool that tequires a lot of power or run time like grinder or impact wrench. Bring out the full potential of the 12v tools. They keep ip with my 12v Skil power tools .

A MUST HAVE FOR THE HYPER TOUGH 12V MAX BRUSHLESS TOOLS ESPECIALLY THE GEN 2 3/8 IMPACT WRENCH THE 4.0 AH AND THE 6.0AH MAKE SUCH A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN THE PERFORMANCE AND LONGEVITY OF THE BATTERY LIFE AND TOOL POWER OUTPUT THE 1.5AH AND THE 2.0AH WONT GIVE THIS TOOL THE JUICE IT ACTUALLY NEEDS TO PERFORM LIKE IT SHOULD SO DEFINITELY GRAB A 6.0AH BATTERY THE PRICE AND POWER ARE WORTH IT! 💪💯

A necessity if you have hyper tough 12v tools.
The tools come with a little 1.5AH battery. The bigger 4AH and 6AH battery really wakes up the tools.

Design flaw?
Decent power, but it's very hard to remove the battery from any of my 12v tools without using a pair of pliers to squeeze the two tabs. I even tried applying a little grease to the tabs but it's still impossible without the pliers. I don't have this problem with any of my 1.5ah batteries.

In the listing, it says that this is the newer model that comes with USB-C charging port, but what I received was the older one with a barrel style charging port that so I had to return it.

The description states that it is “USB-C” rechargeable but the one I received is not! Mine came with the barrel type charging port.

It's says it has a battery indicator, that is a LIE. It also states that it is usb-c charge compatible, that is a LIE too! Do better Walmart.
