It helped me to put my vinyl flooring under the door to cut the door frame. little bit noisy you need to use headset to save your ears. otherwise good for this rate.

I'm very satisfied with this purchase. I use it for basic repairs around the house, shed or garage. This tool has enough power for the basic handyman or crafter. Even my wife started to use it for her crafts! 😁

Tough enough to do many various tasks such as grinding, sawing and can withstand long periods of use and heavy duty tasks. Takes universal blafes. I had bought a 4.3 amp Enertwist multitool and after I used up the blades ot came with - for the lige of me tried too many different ones to not finding anything to fit. It just sits. At least this is dependable for heavy use.

dont use a dremel. Take it from me. i had to learn the hard way. They are the most dangerous power tool. i learned about this kinda saw at the hospital when i was recovering and it really doesnt cut you... if you fet hurt with this it almost has to be on purpose. it works so much better especially for odd cuts. i was able to finish my product with this. it isnt expensive and i recommend it to everyone who will listen. If you value all of your fingers then stay away from the dremel. This is the saw for you. i might never use anything else again.

I own several hypertough tools and they all seem to work pretty good for homeowners projects. I noticed their prices have seemed to creep up where they're getting a little bit high. They had better be careful or they will price themselves out of the budget tool market. I have a cordless oscillating tool with the newfangled head on it. I specifically bought this one because it has the old-fashioned screw in hex wrench type head on it, and you can buy a pack of hook knives, to type that go into a utility knife, and attach it to this tool and use it for cutting cardboard or carpet and things like that at a very cheap price compared to the specific hook knives made for oscillating tools..

For 25 years, I've used to chisel to cut away the bottom of door frames, to customize baseboards, to make hinge mortises. For 25 years I've used a hacksaw to cut nails and screws and bolts. I'm blown away even with the comparatively small 2.1 amp motor. It suits my needs and with the small price, I am able to buy lots of blades. Even the best blades wear out!

used twice for very small things totally maybe 10 minutes of run time. no longer oscillates. Supposed 2 year manufacturer warranty. Walmart won't refund because it's about 15 days past the 60 day return time. I cannot get ahold of Hyper Tough as every phone number listed for them is not in service and it's a Walmart exclusive brand yet Walmart has no contact info for them and will not help me with a refund. They told me to dispute the charge on my debit card instead ...

Item showed up with just the oscillating tool, non of the other stuff was in the box, checked before I left Walmart, returned item showed it was missing parts.

This multitool is so loud, that even on its lowest setting, it will cause you hearing damage. After initially turning it on, I turned it off and put on hearing protection. It was still incredibly loud. If you want a multi tool that will potentially make you deaf and alert your neighbors every time you turn it on, this is the tool for you. Otherwise, run away from this tool.
