I have not had a chance to use this ratchet wrench and bought to help install my favorite brand of toilet seat. However, the packaging was VERY HARD to remove from the wrench. Luckily, I have wire cutters that could eventually cut through the hard plastic packaging. Used a You Tube video to learn how to remove the packaging. My elderly hands had a hard time but eventually I got the job done.

The problem was in Walmart. never got to use it because Walmart Hyper Touch had a security tag on it. only the store can remove. at least they came and picked up

I've only used it once but feels very solid. I also like the dual multipurpose head in which I don't have to look for an extension .

Lot shorter than I thought it would be but if it holds up to regular use, that's ok. I would not trust it to loosen or tighten car wheels.

It broke in a few uses started skipping a tooth I got it for a quick fix when I didn't have any tools and it did the job used it a few more times and that's all I am a mechanic although might be if better use for lighter jobs
