Hyper Tough 3-Pack Folding Hex Key Set with SAE Metric and Star

i had no idea thst the allen wrenches came in other shapes. i quickly found out when i took my happy hips into my bathroom to remove a hand towel holder with what I thought was the key. put the key in and it turned...NOTHING. looking closer its a star shaped screw! I have no idea where the key went or where i call myself storing it for later. The star shaped screws are Torx. these 3 sets of keys are what I need for different sized screws and types. This set was reasonably priced and came on handy. I know allyn wrenches and the screws are supposed to be better than...but Allen and his wrenches can kick rocks! its ridiculous 😒. And all of the variations of Allen can kick rocks in bare feet!

i only expected one of these colors, ends up you get all three and one of them has not only hex heads but the star ones as well. Definately a great find!

These three hex key tools are handy. The tip variety allows options to complete projects with the correct tool. Each set (containing various sizes for the specific tip) is hinged on the handle. This prevents the keys from scattering in the toolbox. The attached handle is easy to grip.

I bought these because I needed the metric hex keys to make adjustments to my bass guitar. It didn't work out for that purpose but I found them to be helpful with projects around my apartment. I had to loosen the hinges on them because they were so tight that I couldn't get them out of the handle. Once I loosened the hinges, though, they worked perfectly.

Broke easily

If you need a cheep set of Alan wrench's for around the house or small to little duty work there not bad but you get what you pay for

I guess the reason it comes w 3 of them is because it completely falls apart while you're using it haha! It was better than using the little tool that comes w furniture that u have to put together but it shouldn't just fall apart in your hand

When you use them it feels like prickers stick into your fingers from the composition of the rubber handle. In the sun it looks like glass specks. This happened years ago and it's happening again. Enough people complained and they fixed it with new handles but now...." They're back". Can't recommend unless you wear gloves while using.

The 1/4 inch on the standard Allen wrenches is not true 1/4 it's too small
