This shelving unit is very nice. It is sturdy and easy to put together. All parts were included. The box was damaged, all the parts the were secured to the shelves.

Excellent and versatile heavy-duty shelving unit. Easy to assemble -- including unboxing, took maybe 20 minutes for one person. Very solid and sturdy when assembled. Appreciate that the unit included leveling feet and even the option to switch out for castors as we had done with another similar Hyper Tough shelving unit. We found info. in the description on where to get accessory parts such as castors. We're using these black Hyper Tough shelving units in a craft room, office, and even a family room. Great value, especially when you can catch a deal.

These shelving units are nice. Easy for one person to assemble, heavy duty, you choose the distance between shelves- at original assembly or at a later date if needs change and they look good. We have several- in garage and in the shop. We added casters on all units which is the way to go. The legs take a standard size caster stem. *got casters at the orange home improvement place for approx $30/set of 4

Excellent value. Like others said, the box looked like it was dragged down a gravel road all the way to my house and all of the plastic packing parts were smashed to bits, but fortunately none of the parts of the item itself were damaged. Once I got the packaging mess cleaned up and the parts sorted out, it only took me about 20 minutes to assemble by myself. I'm short and literally hung from the top shelf to get it seated firmly so it is definitely sturdy even though the wires are significantly thinner than similar shelving units I've seen in other stores.

It's a good looking shelve, not too hard to assemble although the lack of markings on each post makes it a little tricky to level the shelves. The material is lightweight but seems to hold fine. A good option for the price but i would really like if the post had height markings.

I bought this shelving unit for my son’s home. It was delivered promptly. I own several of these units myself, so I was happy to get one for him. However when he received it the top of the poles caps were cracked or broken. While the unit is still usable, I was surprised at the condition it was sent to his home. I will think twice about purchasing another one. It’s not a major thing but this is not to the standard of Walmart purchases of past.

The four plugs for the top of the poles, they are busted. the box was damaged on the bottom.So I think that's what happened. I would like to know where I could replace them. Otherwise, everything was great.Thank you very much.

I own three of these racks. I have owned the first one for a few years and I purchased the second one a few months back. I ordered a third rack. I was expecting the same quality product that I had received before but that was not the case. The shelves are bowing in the middle with very little weight. The metal is not as thick either. I’m disappointed
