Hyper Tough 9.5 Inch Rivet Tool with 40 Assorted Rivets

For smaller non critical strength applications, this is a nice rivet tool. The extra heads for different sizes is very handy as well (plus corresponding rivets). Fixed my riding mower %26 used it to hold old cars side mirrors in place.

I like how this is easy to use. the product is made to last. the price was on the cheap side but no way is this product. I would recommend it. very sturdy tool.

I had to do some sheet metal work for the exhaust vent for a microwave I was installing. This fit the bill nicely.

I've been using this type of tool for over 40 years now and this is one of the best, heavy duty and able to use different sizes of ribbits.

Had to disassemble, clean and reassemble the head to get it to work. Since then, everything seems fine. I didn't mind the problem too much, I am a tinkerer, but no one should have to do that.

a bit difficult to use. it takes two hands to do it, however I need one hand to hold the piece and the other hand to squeeze the handle but I need two hands to squeeze the handle.

after first squeeze of the handle, it did not always ratchet out to allow further compresson of the rivet.

This is an awful product. first it barely grabs rivets. i tried multiple sizes and it took 10-12 squeezes to compress one. if it broke off like its supposed to, it would leave a 1 inch piece of aluminum sticking out requiring cutting and filling. I had to rivet a golf cart rivet one and in the course of doing 12 rivets this think got clogged twice requiring me to fill disassemble it to unclog. definitely recommend buying a different model elsewhere.

Rivets get stuck . You'll need a pair of pliers to get them out. Low quality. Good thing I only needed it for 3 Riverts. I will be returning it. Go spend more money for a better one

The rivet got jammed in the gun. Had to take it apart to remove the jammed rivet. Would not buy again.
