The mounting hardware was included, the installation directions were simple, clearly written, and easy to follow. I installed it in our garage and from start to finish the process took me less than 20 minutes and I'm not the most handy person. Sure it would much quicker for some! Once installed this hanger is very secure and solid. I am using it to hold a variety of heavy tools and it is doing the job perfectly. I can easily access what I need and the items are well secured when not in use! I definitely recommend this product t!

The hook is about the same size as the top of the ladder, so we have to hang the ladder on a lower rung. The hook is well made, holds up to 75 pounds. We're going to go back for more hooks for the bikes. Finally getting organized!
