This is a nice kit that could really help around the house. Keep your tires inflated or save time blowing up something that might take you a long time otherwise. I don't own sports equipment, but it does come w needles, so I'm guessing it would help you keep that stuff inflated as well. I've used better air guns, but it's fine. It can be pretty handy for blowing dust off something you pulled from storage before cleaning it. Overall, it's inexpensive kit that would be a good addition to anyone's tool box that owns an air compressor at home. An air gun and an air chuck for tires are must-have tools, and this is a cheap way to go. Unlike a shop, you won't be using these tools everyday over and over, so I would expect them to last a long time.

I was mainly interested in this assortment of inflation accessories to inflate my bike tires. A pictured instruction sheet with diagrams to show the usage of the other accessories would be helpful for novices. The clasp on case was difficult to open so I used a screwdriver to release it. But I like having the case to keep the pieces organized and accessible. The case is also designed to hang on pegboard. I would suggest the addition of an inflation gauge to the assortment. The pieces are “tough” and will last a long time.
