My son %26 I ratcheted a queen size mattress in half to place it curbside for trash day. The 3/16 dia. role as plenty strong to hold back the mattress from unfolding. Worked for what I intended it to do.

Individual preference
I wanted to try it because it was white. I make rope mats and rope bowls. This rope works but I prefer the same company's cotton version for my crafts.

After receiving half of what I ordered, it took a phone call and a second delivery to receive the product. It was then that I noticed it was 2 different types of rope. Very similar but not the same. I was able to make it work so no big deal. But still disappointing.
