Iams Proactive Health Chicken Dry Cat Food For Senior Cats, 7 Lb Bag

I personally didn't try the "texture" of the product, my cat did. Apparently she likes this stuff because ordinarily she doesn't like to eat dry crunchies unless I pour hot water over it to make a sauce. I'm surprised that she has been eating this dry. So she and I will give this product a thumbs up.

My cat is a senior and has problems chewing large pieces of dry food and also problems with digestion's. Switching to this food has been a great help.

My cat is very very picky but she loves this Senior cat food. Love that the size is smaller because she has a hard time chewing and mostly swallows them whole now

My 18-year-old spoiled cat has gone through half the bag at a timely pace since normally, She gets tired of the same flavors in one bag. The cat food smells fresh with nice small size pebbles, She has had a sensitive stomach lately that's why I tried the IAMs and her IAMS food seems to help her digestion by staying down. I will buy this product again! P.S. Anything to keep Josie happy!

Our 19 year old kitty loves this food and she is no longer throwing up after eating like she was before we switched her to this Iams Proactive Health for Seniors cat food. She's now been on this product for a year. I only wish we would have started her on this food long ago!

My cats aren't loving this. I don't know why. They used to scarf it down. Now they turn their noses up. I'll try something else and see if they do the same thing

I use this for my girls ( indoor only) %26 usually mix it with the urinary tract health from Iams just to give a lil different taste %26 any extras since they are senior girls now

I have two cats, ages 12 and 13. One has always had a sensitive stomach that prevented us from using cheaper cat foods, so she grew up eating Iams. I often tried other flavors or blends for my cats, most often using the hairball formula until about 6 months ago when this one was purchased by mistake. Now they won't eat any of the other formulas. It is crunchy, for better dental health, and chicken is the first ingredient.

IDK. Iams has good quality food, but I tried mixing this in my cat's regular Iams food, since he is now 11 years old. He has been eating around it. Today, when I tried to add some to his dish, he threw a fit, which he has never done before, ever.

I am not saying that  there is something wrong with this product, but my cat ate it twice and then threw it -up undigested and refused to eat it again.  He is a 12 year old kitty that I always fed good quality grain-free food, and it happened a couple of times before  but it was 2 or 3 years ago with a different food.
