I absolutely love Ibarra Hot Mexican Chocolate Mix. It's rich, smooth, and has the perfect hint of cinnamon that makes it extra cozy. It melts beautifully in hot milk and tastes way more authentic than regular hot cocoa. Total comfort in a cup, highly recommend!
I've tried other Mexican hot chocolate mix brands. Even tried Grandmas, which is good but, Ibarra is the absolute best. The taste is just like I remember when my Mom made it for me. No artificial stuff in it either. Just chocolate, sugar and cinnamon. You can't go wrong with this. I HIGHLY recommend it. Hope you enjoy as much as I do.
Best Mexican hot chocolate! I can't fully describe the flavor, but it's rich and delicious—better than the ones I thought were the best. Give it a try! :)
This hot chocolate is Mexican, it has 3 ingredients and tastes way better than the most popular "Mexican style" hot chocolate. I 100% prefer this brand than any other brand. It has a more authentic taste.
Oh my goodness, this taste almost identical to the one my grandma used to make. I've shared our grandma's recipe many times to over family members and this flavor is seriously close.
Love chocolate caliente. I've always used the gold standard, Abuelita's, for my fix. A few years ago though, they switched up the recipe or something, because it started to taste different. I bought Ibarra for the first time and was blown away by how much better it tastes. It has all the warm goodness that a good cocoa is supposed to have, and just the right amount of spice to keep things zesty. It will make your tastebuds come alive! Pro tip: make sure to continually whisk it once you drop the chocolate tab in... if not you run the risk of some of the chocolate burning against the bottom of the pan or the chocolate not mixing completely into the leche.
I hadn't had great hot chocolate since I was a kid in Disney Land. On a lark, I bought this and used half milk and half coffee with some raw natural sugar pre heated then blended. OMG, as they say these days. Delicious! Best hot chocolate since then. Give it a shot.
Good for making champorado. (Sweet rice dessert)
Real chocolate without any extra unnecessary ingredients. Also, The flavor is delicious and rich
Absolutely terrible. Why did I think this was going to blow my taste buds away. NOT! Think I'd rather eat dirt. One star ⭐️ is too much.
