Pure and natural, exactly what real sugar cane should be. This is made from pure sugar cane juice, evaporated and molded into solid blocks that naturally harden, just like traditional cane sugar. It's not overly sweet, which I love. One block sweetens 4 liters of my winter ginger tea with a smooth, natural caramel flavor. No chemicals, no refining, no additives, just real cane juice. Excellent quality and much healthier than refined sugar. Highly recommended.
excellent value for bulk raw sugar, great taste, mild vanilla tones sweet but not too sweet
It tastes like natural sugar and adds a hint of vanilla to my food and beverages.
When cooking with this product it dissolves easily .
So natural that feels home
Its like nothing you ever tasted and I'm absolutely in love. American brown sugar is just sugar molasses. This is unrefined sugar cane juice cooked down and poured into a hard, lightweight brick. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews. Those are people who never thought to use a plane zester or cheese grater to get it in the proper form to actually utilize.
Best Panela ever. It melts in your mouth. Good quality not like other panelas made with sugar.
It was hard as a rock. Cutting it with a knife and putting pieces in a blender did not make it useful.
it tastes great but it's very hard to use. it's hard as a rock
one giant lump of congealed brown sugar. IMPOSSIBLE to break apart. don't even consider baking with this stuff
