This is my first gaming PC and it works great right out of the box. Originally was thinking of building a PC, but this value just could not be beat and also comes with high quality parts. The only thing to consider is that Dual Channel RAM is highly recommended and this only comes with one stick of 16 GB ram. However, that is the only issue I have with the PC. Highly recommend to buy from iBuyPower.

Walmart sent the wrong inferior pre build..multiple times. Offered no replacement just had to refund and rebuy. but the last refund happened after the promo price and they will not honor a price I paid twice. they want me to pay 400 bucks more for the same thing.... I bought twice. anyone who bought this I strongly recommend you make sure you got what you paid for. I have a sneaking suspicion lots of people got hosed and didnt notice.

Walmart sent me the wrong PC and refused to replace it. I'm not the only one this happened to, so just make sure you receive the correct unit! This one is SBI5N5701; the one I received was ESI5N5603 , which has an inferior graphics card. I'd be happy to amend my review if they would like to send me the correct unit.

Walmart sent out the wrong PC. Had to return it back to the store and get a refund. Customer service operator tried to fix the problem but it was out of her hands. Little disappointed

I bought this gaming PC for myself, thinking it was a great deal, and I had high expectations. The parts themselves are indeed a good value for the price I paid, but the performance just doesn't live up to expectations. Despite taking all recommended steps, including paying for virus protection and ensuring every update is installed, the PC remains slow. I'm highly disappointed with the overall value and performance

Look at the comments on this. Why does the Walmart employee in the warehouse keep shipping the wrong PC? They are shipping the inferior Elements SE build with the 5060 GPU.....how do they keep doing this? How many times is this Walmart employee going to ship out the incorrect item costing Walmart and its suppliers tons of money in returns and shipping costs???? Absolutely clueless.

The gaming PC is great and a good price! However, shipping with Walmart using OnTrac was truly terrible. I wasted so much time trying to coordinate the delivery, and then OnTrac would just ignore the delivery instructions and make a failed delivery attempt. Eventually they lost the package only to find it again a few weeks later. I recommend this PC, but I do not recommend getting it delivered with Walmart.
