First off, the ice maker showed up 10 days early!!!! The setup was quick and easy and it's not too large! It fits on our counter and doesn't take up much space at all. It is portable, so if you need to move it you can do so with ease. It has a self cleaning system, which ensures that you are getting the best results. We run the cleaner when the light turns on to add water to make sure that it stays clean. We are ice snobs as we prefer bigger ice cubes so that our drinks stay colder longer. And as my husband claims that these bullet ice cubes are the best! They don't melt quickly so you can guarantee that your beverage will be cold. We have Stanley's and Hydro Jug's and these ice cubes last quite a while. This ice maker has 2 different sizes and runs super quiet. We both have impeccable hearing, and we could barely hear it running when we were in the living room, which is right next to the ice maker. I highly recommend this ice maker! It truly is a steal of a deal at this sale price.

I've been so tired of making ice manually. Most of the time I forget to refill the ice trays and my whole morning gets thrown off. With this ice maker, I always have ice in my freezer, and tons of it. It allows you to make 2 sizes of ice “bullets”. I usually fill a container (about 10 rounds) which lasts me a week. The larger ice takes a bit longer but is worth it since it lasts long in drinks. Overall, this machine requires some patience, especially when you are trying to make large amounts of ice, but in the end pays off, reducing the amount of manual labor since you just fill your water up and walk away to come back to a full tray of ice. As a tip, if you plan on making larger batches of ice, store as you go since the ice can start melting in the tray.

It is much smaller than you think it is. It produces enough ice for one drink at a time. It takes multiple cycles to completely fill back up. I'm not mad at how much I spent on it, but I was disappointed after using it.

Its a nice, compact little unit. It does take a bit to make ice but it does not keep the ice cold enough. if you move it to the freezer, all the ice sticks together because it freezes colder than the unit. you do have to move the ice in the unit arouns to keep making ice because it piles to the back making it think its full.

It is very noisy. The cubes stay in the water making them freeze together and hard to use. Would not buy again.

it works well enough. I got another ice maker at the good will that is a lot better all the way around. it's faster, quieter, and makes bigger pieces of ice.

My item hasn't worked since the first day I received it I'm trying to to find how to return it and get another one

Missing one of the four “feet” on the bottom of the machine and not eligible for replacement. Bummer.

There are instructions on how to actually make ice. Where do I pour the water? how much, how do I know? Geeze, such a terrible product. Even if it does work, how would I know? The instructions are trash and do NOT address how to actually operate/generate ice. Waste of money.
