i love it. the ice melts quick but it's perfect for those ice eaters like myself. makes ice way faster than ice trays in the freezer. the machine looks nice too. i like the color.

The instructions were not written well, but if you go on YouTube, there is a gentleman who walks you through the whole thing. Very cool.

I absolutely love my ice machine! Im one of those people who must have ice in the cup if im drinking water. And i need my water. Very thankful i found this ice machine. I never have to worry about not having ice. Just add water when needed and it keeps making ice!

Overall cute, convenient and functional. Makes ice quickly. I got this item on sale ($49.99) but I would not purchase at full price which I believe was $170. It takes up a bit of space and was a little larger than expect but it works well after a few cycles. I add spring water from a jug, so it is room temperature which maybe be why the cubes aren't last as long. Once the ice maker runs a few cycles the water gets much colder and the cubes last longer. I like the idea of the ice melting going directly back into the water supply to make more ice. Machine came clean and only set up was taking stickers off, attaching the handle and letting it sit for two hours after shipping and of course filling with water. Directions were easy to understand. The ice cubes aren't fairly small. A full basket of ice fills my 32 oz water bottle with room for water. I would guess it goes through 5-6 cycles to fill the basket. It's pretty quick and worth the discounted price, it arrived sooner than expected and I like the color

Stopped working in less than a year.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mom and she is home all day while I'm at work. So I figured it would be ok and that it would come in a box where you can't tell what it is, but it didn't. It had a big ole picture on the side of the box of the product. So surprise ruined this is the first item I've received that wasn't boxed in another plain box.

i liked it because it made ice easy to have, i disliked it because it only make 9 ice pellets at a time and by the time it made ice the other ice would already be almost thawed out and gone! dose not make enough ice at one time

Have not received this item. was supposed to arrive sat.by 8pm if this was shipped to another address i need a refund of my money waiting for an answer

it only works for one month and stop working.this is the second one I buy it stop also I don't have a way to return it and the popcorn pops is not good popcorn be everywhere
