Their customer service is terrible. I had to update the computer itself, which should've already been done, especially for how much I paid for it. When I asked what the instructions were for the remote for the lights, what everything does because even if I push a button sometimes things don't do anything that I can see they responded with just push the buttons. For the price I paid I would've expected at least a little booklet that came with it with some specifications of the computer, but nothing came with it. I can't even sign into Microsoft one which is part of the set up so now I have to take it to a friend who knows computer is better than me because I don't know very much to figure out why I can't do this. It should've been an easy set up and then for me to just have to download the apps that I wanted to use. At least I can use the Internet.
It does not come with a gpu and is not good for gaming but works fine unless you want to game on it I got it for my kid and he says it is laggy and doesn't work and is slow think about returning it or buying a gpu
The computer has blue screened randomly on me since day one, this would be a powerful PC if they'd gotten things like the power supply correct. I've tried reinstalling Windows, I've reinstalled drivers, yet the issue remains. It's a shame to pay nearly $700 for a computer that doesn't work properly. Disappointed.
Computer worked perfectly fine for the first few months that I had it, then started randomly turning off at irregular intervals about two months ago. Finding any information about any repair or warranty is impossible. Didn't come with a user manual either so I have no reference guide on the computer so any and all troubleshooting is done by the seat of my pants and google instead of manufacturer knowledge. I still have no clue what the second button on the top of the machine does, but I know it has nothing to do with the useless rgb lighting they have built into this thing. When it does decide to work, its a battle to keep it connected to online services unless you feel like trailing an ethernet cable across the entire house. I've had to restart the wifi adapter every day for the past week to keep it working and can't afford to replace the piece of *%%23*. If you're looking for a reliable machine, keep looking. ...On the occasion it does work, it handles the games I enjoy pretty well, so at least it has that going for it.
Looks can be deceiving. It looks cool… that's about it. Used it for 2 days and it gave an error. Won't connect to the internet. Says it has outdated drivers. Won't let me install new drivers. Came with no packaging, no keyboard, no mouse, just the pc. I have an MSI as well and never had any of these issues. Throwing a code 10 less than 48 hours in ain't worth the $550. Pay a couple hundred extra and get a better pc so you don't have a sad 13 year old who can't use his Christmas gift.
Not able to Activate Windows. I get this error page it says : "To activate this product key, this device will need to connect to your organization's activation service." I did not receive product key sticker on computer or label anywhere, no instruction booklet. Nothing with Product Key.... Don't even know who to contact to get this product key to have complete access to PC's capabilities. Sound/Audio settings page can't select anything.
I Never Received This. The Told me it was shipped on the 16th, Then They Told Me It was shipped on the 18th, Now they say it was delivered on the 15th?!?
It says eligible for return when purchased but upon arrival it changes to no refunds. All reviews says company uses old parts that burn out resulting in waste of money
Buyer beware. I purchased this and attempted to return it 7 days after receiving it. The computer continually crashed. First the seller tried to talk me out of it, telling me to take it to a repair shop, and giving instructions on how I could fix it myself. It's a brand new computer, I expect it to work. After numerous emails back and forth they said to go back to walmart.com to return it. Of course when I did the walmart.com site sends you back to the seller. So this loop went on over several more emails. Even took it into the store, they don't do returns for their "PRO sellers". When I called walmart.com they said that they would contact the seller and I would have my return label with 2 business days. Did not receive it. 3 days later the seller emails me "what is wrong with the computer?' like we're starting this nightmare all over again. Another call to Walmart.com and they tried to call the seller without any luck. Then the walmart.com person says "we're so sorry, you'll have to go back to your credit card company (or PayPal in my case) to complain and have them help with the return or refund". That's still in progress after 3 weeks. Still have this miserable piece of junk and I've wasted an enormous amount of time. I was frankly shocked that walmart.com in no way stood behind this seller who they are still promoting on their website. I have learned my lesson NEVER to order from these so-called pro sellers since walmart.com will not stand behind them. And please just be warned that this particular seller WILL NOT honor their stated return policy.
first of all it came with no documentation whatsoever no instruction manual for any of it stayed connected to my internet for 2 days and then all of a sudden my wife I Network cannot be found whatsoever and it cannot be connected so if there's an instruction manual for this if the seller reads this they can send it to me and I can troubleshoot it or they can help me troubleshoot it but until then it's getting a one star
