despite my title.... when made correctly it's a Great / fantastic water jug / tea jug and can last a very long time if well cared for. I've bought them for years. though I'm rather rough with mine and tend to drop them more than a few times they'll usually last repeated abuse. I have found a small percentage of them to have defects of cut corners though. like not enough bonding / glue between the outer and inner sleeve. had a handle snap off one just today. unfortunately with the design while great / fantastic, once the handle snaps it becomes cumbersome to hold / carry. then the chain link hooks on the handle are a great touch though, even if you hang of off other things

This has been a great substitute for big brands. It's sturdy and super easy clean, dishwasher safe, and that's a parents favorite conveniences! This is a great size for sport practice or yard work. If you want your ice to last 24 hours, this pry won't. But it does keep it cool. It doesn't leak and has gotten tossed around a bit and still going strong. After it stood the test of a school year, I bought my other kid one.

it's a great product, but a half a gallon is too small. I live in Phoenix AZ and when you go to the gym you know you're going to need more than a half a gallon of water to power thru.

Bought these off an on for my factory job. Holds ice all day in temperatures 60 degrees and below, holds ice roughly for 8 hours 65-75 degrees, and up to 6 hours above 75 degrees. Flip open lid keeps dust out.

I purchase these Igloo Water Jugs for my outdoor golf course maintenance staff to keep them hydrated in the Florida heat. They are durable, and a good size, they would last forever if my staff would just not lose them!

We ordered these for our band students and they work well to keep them hydrated at practices, games, and competitions. The handles work well and I have not had any issues with them breaking. They are very convenient for our students and reduce the need for 1000's of individual bottles. My only negative is not being able to order as many as I needed and them getting sent to my house a couple at a time. I was able to purchase about 80 of them and they were sent in MULTIPLE shipments to my house. I wish I could have ordered all I needed and in bulk since we had 220 kids this year.

good for me price, don't care much about handle design. I use it daily and it doesn't leak. outside it don't keep cold long but it's a lot better then nothing.

There is a little gap between the top and the body of the container. It appears to be a little quality control issue but the container still does the job for the price.

I like the overall design and it's good to old plenty of water if you dont mind the water not staying very cold if you had ice with it . but who needs to drink ice cold water anyway . I ll keep it for when iam out on the game field with my grandkids .

Ordered and paid for two (2) items only One (1) was received although both were said to have been delivered and my doorbell camera and driver's photo shows only 1 item was delivered
