The couch came in an entire week earlier than expected. The instructions were easy to follow for assembly and looks as pictured online. I'm glad I measured out my room first- fits perfectly.

Easy to assemble. However, when purchased, it would've been a lot less stressful if permission was given about the couch coming in three separate boxes, and not on the same day. other than that, I love the couch thank you

Does it cost less, yes it does. However that comes with an extra cost. The extra cost is missing parts or half the sofa. No problem, just message them…oh no replay…ever. Call Walmart…no refund even though they have marketplace guarantee. Turns out their guarantee is only guaranteed to tell you no and you just have to deal with it. Oh and the color is not gray it is navy blue.

I have to actually give this 0 stars. The couch itself is incredibly uncomfortable, made with very cheap material, came incredibly damaged (burn holes, scratches, torn fabric, broken screws, the holes for the screws are not lined up properly). I am also having an allergic reaction. The couch smells HORRIBLE and every time I go near it my throat starts to close up and my eyes burn. The boxes themselves were damaged upon arrival. We immediately contacted support to get a refund and instead of helping they only email us back between 11:55pm and 1am once a day and just keep giving us the run around. No matter what questions we ask they just simply wont answer us and help us to get a refund. Do not waste your money on this couch or this company. Still after a week of trying to get this figured out it's not working. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!

I REPEAT DO NOT BUT FROM THIS SELLER ! i requested a refund the minute the package arrived. seller started giving me the run around and insisted that i unbox the package after i clearly said i no longer want the package. back and forth emails and wasted time the seller then tells me to bring the product back to walmart. after renting a truck walmart tells me that this party know well that they are in charge of the return. in anger i replied to the email and for my inconvenience they offered me $20. not only is this company a fraud they also told me that i would be responsible for the return and once i send the item out they would send me my money. so not only did they attempt to encourage me to open the item but they also knew that had i open the package the return would be double the price which is FRUAD !! To short and the back rest is to small is not for tall people. Is uncomfortable for your back

Missing parts have to wait 48 hours for response time

I purchased this using affirm a month ago and the wood already broke under one of the cushions. This couch is just super uncomfortable and cheaply made. Since I got it with affirm I think I'm just stuck with it which makes it worse.

The back cushions are very thin. The material is thin. When assembled the end arms dont stay in place. I sent a picture and they said it was our fault and not constucted properly and to tighten the screws. They are as tight as they can be. They also dont want to take returns. also, they want you to disassemble and repackage in original package. To discourage you from returning it. Customer service took several days to reply to my concerns. would not recommend. The size is large but not worth compromising the quality

They put the wrong assembly part on my furniture and now it doesn't go together. properly.
