Great buy for the money.
The downside? I opened the box incorrectly: Human error. The upside? My 5 cats went crazy over their new Imperial Cat Scratch 'n Pad once I put the catnip on the pad. My two adult male cats acted like kittens with their new pad. I would highly recommend this product.

The only thing I'm not happy with is that it's not as long as the one my cat loves. She scratches on it but not as much like the larger one.

For 2x the price, get noticeably less than 2x size
Not as 'grand' as I would have expected for the price...shorter than the regular, usual size, and about twice the width. Overall, maybe 2/3 to 3/4 larger than original one. Only bought this one because the original was sold out.
