Amazing
I was looking for a mortar and pestle for cooking - but in my city, all of the stone ones were either unavailable or expensive. I looked online, and this one was for a great price and it was also stone - so I bought it. I used it right away, and I really enjoy it. It is heavy and definitely made of stone. Also, I love how the inside of the item has ridges - and it makes it good for grinding spices and herbs. It isn't too big, and very convenient to store. I recommend this product.

Pretty and practical
This is such a pretty piece. It looks great on our counter and it actually does what it's supposed to do. It's easy to clean and it's easy to store, but it is so pretty, you can actually use it as part of your decor.

This is the perfect size and weight for one person to do my cooking and to make sure that all of the spices and herbs are grinded the way I need them to be for just a single person cooking for myself. Well worth the price!

Great little mortar and pestle made from very tough stone. Just the right size to do the job. Pestle is easy to grip and hold onto.

It's very usefool
This is just the right size and fits easily in my small hands. I can crush up a lot of different things with ease. This is solid and well made, I recommend it.

I knew this was small in size before I purchased it. but what I did not realize was that it's very difficult to use because it is so small. it's difficult to use the pestle when the bottom part is so small.

Took a while to season, takes forever to ground spices. But that's what you get with a manual one. Just as expected. A little small.

If you are buying it to mix or crush medication. Yes, great. But buying this online I should have known… it was too small. I had purchased one for my daughter and it was twice this size a same price if not better. I needed one twice this size. Am I going to return it? No.
