I actually use this as my daily chlorine additive because I do not want to use any chlorine with stabilizer in it. Several years ago my pool was a mess because after years of using 3 inch tablets that had stabilizer in them, it was ridiculously high with stabilizer and that messed everything up. So now I only use pure chorine. I alternate between this and bleach and the pool is much easier to keep in balance. I very occasionally add stabilizer when needed.

This granular chlorine really shocked my pool and me! I wasnt sure at first but after it cleared my water and any doubts I now know this is the right stuff for me!

I have bought this the last two summers. It works great and I don't need to go to the store and lug it around. This is delivered to me, and it will last most of the summer.

The lid is easy to open after figuring out how it opens. Comes with a nice plastic measuring cup with a handle. It was delivered to my house on time properly packaged. The price was pretty good compared to other stores. I have no complaints and would recommend this product.

We upgraded our above ground pool the summer that covid rocked the world. We have used nothing but In The Swim products from Day One and have enjoyed sparkling blue water with minimal problems I see others posting and seeking help for. The 1lb bags of pool shock are a “single serving”, no measuring or worrying about kids or pets getting into open bags of chemicals. An ounce (or 1lb) of prevention beats 5k gallons of green water!

I got a text that my container was ready for pick up at fed ex and that I had 5 days to pick it up. It was an a different two about 45 minutes away. Thankfully I opened the text message otherwise no one would have notified me. I called Fed Ex and was told that the container was damaged and that they were sending it back to In the Swim. I called customer service at in the swim and was very disappointed in the help I received. I asked if they could do expedited shipping as I was not the one who damaged the product. They said they could not do that. Problem is I had already opened my pool with the chemicals I bought. Now I have to start over because I don't have pool shock. I get things happen but frustrated with the lack of communication from in the swim and ultimately lack of help to remedy the problem.

I never received it. Customer Service said it was lost in transit after two weeks so she said a replacement was being shipped. I was told 3 to 5 days on delivery. Another two weeks, I called back to find out where it was only to find that it HAD NEVER BEEN SENT. Customer Service screwed up and had it "waiting on return". How could I return something that had never been sent. I finally got a refund. I will think long and hard before I order anything from In The Swim again. Some customer service people do not know what they are doing, and it caused me a lot of trouble that could have been avoided. One month after the order and it was never shipped. Unbelievable.
