Fast delivery easy to put together
I have to say the bike is better than expected. Great bike, good quality, durable, similar to what you have at the gym in cycle class. Instructions were easy to follow and the price is great. Absolutely love the bike!
I enjoy the bike
I live in an apt where u can hear ppl walking. The bike is so quite my neighbors cant hear it. I weigh over 260lbs. I LOVE IT....
same bike as a sports store 200 dollars less!! smooth and sturdy and Quiet!
Easy set up. Well written assembly directions. Comfortable seat and handlebar settings for wide range of body types. Seems durable as well. Just enough bells
Works well for the price. Basic cycle, easy to set up and use.
The machine is supposed to be silent. It is not. After using it just 2 times for 25 minutes each time a small noise started. The reset button sticks and did from the first use; it has to be manipulated left to right to make it come back up after pressing it down. And the big thing is that the seat is very uncomfortable.
Broken missing pieces box had been previously opened. Perhaps a return and Walmart passed on to me
The box arrived late and damaged. Bike took 45 mins to put together. The instructions aren't too clear. A number of the nuts and bolts are already attached to the bike. The seat was difficult to put on. It doesn't tell you that you need to twist the black bottom hooked part off. The pedals were also tough to twist on. The right went in with some effort but the left refused to twist on and scratched the inside of the pedal lever. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I called multiple times and no one picked up. The only way to contact the brand is through email and they didn't respond until five days later. After I responded back, I never heard from them again. So I packed up entire bike back in its box and returned it to a walmart store. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THE BOX. Even after you use the bike and put it together, hold onto the box in case anything falls apart and has to be returned. I wouldn't recommend this bike at all. If I get a bike going forward, I'll just get a Peloton or Nordic Trac bike.
