I stayed overnight at a family member's house and she had these pillows in the guest bedroom. They're incredibly wonderful. Just the right amount of softness compared to firmness. I always take my cervical pillow when I travel and I told her whenever I come to her house I'll leave mine behind!
All the feel of an expensive authentic down pillow without the real down. Once the pillow case is on it you can't tell the difference. You might expect to find this pillow in a 5 star hotel which explains the $65 price.
These pillows are so good that I replaced all of my other pillows in the house with this specific model and brand. Could not recommend a pillow more and I'm very picky.
I bought one of these 20 yrs ago and it's the same as the 1st time I slept on it. I have neck and shoulder pain and sleep on my side and this pillow supports my head and keeps my neck in line. I bought another one to have in case something happens to the original.
I primarily sleep on my back but occasionally switch to my side for short periods during the night. As I've gotten older, I've needed more neck support. I've tried contour memory foam pillows, but they tend to be too rigid for my comfort. What I love about this pillow is that the filling is loose enough to be adjusted—allowing me to create support under my neck while still forming a soft, comfortable dent for my head, similar to a contour pillow but without the stiffness. It comes with a removable, washable cover with a zipper, and the entire pillow can be machine washed as long as you balance the load properly. I was skeptical at first, but after washing mine, it came out looking and feeling like new. One tip: If the pillow feels too full when it arrives, try sitting on it for a few days to help flatten it slightly—it makes a big difference! I highly recommend this pillow and personally own six of them. It's well worth the higher price and far superior to the Costco two-pack options.
These pillows are amazingly comfortable! They're a bit expensive, but I love them. Sleeping is great with good pillows.😄😄

The Indulgence Pillow is a well known and loved name. However, apparently a few different companies, not Isotonic, are manufacturing a pillow which is supposed to meet the specs of the well-loved original. This came close but did not meet the goal. It was disappointingly soft and if it had been the original Isotonic Indulgence it definitely would have had more filling - I think about 20% more filling. The outer cover is well enough stitched but the material is not as soft as I'd like. Nevertheless, I tried using the pillow thinking it wouldn't be adequate. To my surprise, it's a few months later and it is still my usual "go to" pillow. I do seriously wish it had another 20% fill to maintain the reputation of the original "Indulgence".
I've been purchasing this pillow for almost a decade and I feel as though the quality has changed since I last purchased from Bed Bath and Beyond three years ago. This is the first time that I have purchased from Walmart and it doesn't seem like the same material to me. Not as supportive with the material now compared to then.
