The comforter set was great but missing 2 shams
The comforter set was very soft and comfortable but was missing 2 shams. My son don't want to take it off his bed so I can't return it and I have no way to request pillow shams. Better customer service would have been great.

I bought this a week ago and it came apart at the seam already.

If I could give zero stars I would. The description for this product is incorrect. First off, the material is the opposite of soft. Second, it does not come with 7 pieces. Last, there are no pillow shams, only 3 pillow cases.
