This inversion table is excellent!!!! I had a sciatic nerve going on in my butt down my leg-- I googled it-- dont trust the medical team anywhere these days!! It was no fun putting together--frankly it sucked!! But when you go all the way upside down and feel everything pull out of place__ just like you did back in the days of climbing on the monkey bars and going upside down stretching out those muscles disks spine-- oh wow it does wonders!! Yes get this machine!!!
I bought this inversion table for my husband and he loves it. Before using it, his back was in such bad shape that he couldn't walk or stand without extreme pain. Had several visits to the hospital, and doctors recommended him to explore the inversion table option. It has been a tremendous help, and the more use the better feeling. It might not be for everyone, but for those who need it THIS one inversion table is perfect and a great deal (under 100 bucks!!!)
I have been wanting one of these for a long time, finnaly settled on this one. One of two equally best options, (The other was same brand, model 9600). this site had best price, and fastest shipping and is a site with a name I trust. cons: -did take 2 hours to assemble with 2 people. (but was easy and almost fun) -seemed a bit heavier than the ~50lb the desciption said -mine had a slight flaw (~1/2 inch) in the fabric on the back at the bottom. pretty negligible). It is fun and feels good. Too soon to know if it will deliver the expected results, but looks and feels promising. Satisfied with this purchase.
I thought about buying an inversion table for a long time but lack of space at my house kept me from it. I'm a female with painful back issues that are getting worse as time passes. This past year I discovered that along with the pain of sciatica and arthritis in my back, I also have scoliosis starting. I began having crippling pain most everyday and it was even starting to affect my legs. It was becoming impossible to get stuff done.. like ordinary housework and yardwork. So after reading many reviews; I purchased this inversion table. BEST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE!!! After the very first time on this table (only about 5 minutes) I had no pain for the first time in months. I don't actually go totally upside down.. only to the 3rd setting and relax there for a short time. I do this nearly everyday. Seriously, I can't believe how well this has worked for me. It does take up space and would not be easy for me to keep folding it closed everyday, because it's heavy.. but I just don't care. I love it so much that the space it takes is absolutely worth it. Also, I noticed some reviews mentioned they had trouble with the assembly. I found the assembly simple enough.. It comes with detailed instructions and all the hardware is packaged and labeled according to each step of assembly.. they even supply the necessary tools.
This was easy to assemble, I followed the instructions exactly, and the YouTube video link also was very helpful. I did it by myself, the only slightly difficult part was attached the back rest to the frame, but I balanced the end of it on a kitchen chair until I attached the screws. And now that it's put together, it feels great on my back. Don't hesitate to order this, you can do it!
Hard to believe they are making money selling this for $100. How can you go wrong? I have friends that spent upwards of $599 for the "Teeeter Hang Up " inversion table. After trying the Innova out they said "I'm an idiot for paying 5 times as much as you for the same result". This product was incredibly easy to assemble and excellent quality. If your suffering from constant back pain, this is the best $100 you'll ever spend. I highly recommend this product!!
I have multiple sclerosis and suffer with lower back pain. This machine has helped ease pain enough i have put off having back surgery. 15 minutes a day 3-4 times a week has made a big difference. Well worth the money. The machine is sturdy and good quality. I have talked my friend into buying one too that has bad back pain from a car wreck.
I got it at a very good price. It took me an about 45mins to put together. Im sure its less time with two people. Very sturdy. It's easy to put away (the back rest stands out awkwardly). And its trial and error to find your own center of gravity ( the height of the back rest). Overall i am satisfy with my purchase.
I don't have anything bad to say about this, other than how hard it is to move around mainly due to how heavy it is, but that's the quality of the metal. And I wish there was a handle or something to do with my hands to get more pressure on the lower back when I'm completely upside down. I unload tractor trailers for a shipping company so this inversion table is a must have, and for just over $100 with the shipping, you can't beat that.
It was actually very easy to put together. It had instructions, labeled parts and the bolts, etc were labeled by step as well. Easy to use and comfortable. For the price it was exactly what I wanted and it works easily. The only suggestion I would have would be for the manufacturer. I would suggest making the foot rest adjustable. Where the ankle clamp hits on me is more on my shin so I have to lift up to have it clamp tight enough on my ankle area.
